   Having the Loo Store as a resource for old tubs is a great benefit to anyone refitting an old home. They are very personable and despite the fact that they are in another city, I still felt as though they knew who I was as customer as they could remember conversations I had with them when asking questions. Josh was very responsive and helpful. The faucet and elbows work great. Thank you!

   The plumber just installed my claw foot tub faucet today, so far so good. Josh replied to my questions promptly and clearly. For those of us with a smaller budget it feels like a solid purchase. The plumber had no issues with installation and it works well and looks good.

   Really pleased with the service and quick delivery of the taps with shower spray for our claw foot bathtub. The price was excellent. Ian was excellent in answering my questions and making sure my order went through quickly. Josh was great in seeing I got the order very quickly as this was a turnaround for a rental property with new tenants moving in. Would not hesitate to deal with the Loo Store again and will recommend to friends and family.
